Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Steda is committed to making its website and client portal usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced both by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for web accessibility and by the Israeli accessibility standard (IS 5568).

What we have done

Known limitations

Some content inside the client portal is generated dynamically (for example, AI-generated summaries and diagrams). We work to keep these outputs accessible — diagrams include text alternatives where possible — but occasional gaps may occur. If you hit one, please tell us and we will address it.

Feedback and assistance

If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, or you need information from it in a different format, contact us and we will make it right, promptly:

Email: getstarted@gosteda.com

Please describe the page and the problem; we aim to respond within two business days.

Enforcement and further steps

If you are not satisfied with our response, U.S. users may contact the U.S. Department of Justice ADA information line. We would appreciate the chance to fix the issue first.
