1. The service
This portal provides business tools for clients of the operator ("we", "us"), which may include a daily business brief, diagram generator, budgeting tracker, appointment tracker, and electronic signature requests. Access and available tools depend on your account and plan.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created by us for our clients. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. AI-generated content
Some content in this portal — including the daily brief, diagrams, and budgeting summaries — is generated by artificial intelligence based on the information in your account. AI content is informational only. It may contain errors and is not professional, financial, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
4. Electronic signatures
The signature tool records a simple electronic signature: the signer's typed name, the time, and their network address. You are responsible for deciding whether a simple electronic signature is appropriate for a given document and jurisdiction. We make no representation that documents signed here are valid or enforceable for any particular purpose. For high-value or regulated documents, use a certified signature service or a handwritten signature.
5. Plans and usage
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI usage. When the allowance is used up, AI generation pauses until the next calendar month or a plan upgrade. Fees and billing are handled in your service agreement with us.
6. Acceptable use
Use the portal only for lawful business purposes. Don't attempt to access other clients' data, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to send unlawful or deceptive documents.
7. Your data
You own the business data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
We work to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PORTAL WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the portal or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
